Role Overview:

As a Senior Process Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of learners.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and create customized training plans.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using effective presentation skills and instructional strategies.
  • Design and modify training materials, including course content, job aids, and virtual classes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client business needs and adapt training context accordingly.
  • Manage all aspects of training projects, from reviewing contracts to scheduling travel and reporting status.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements affecting FIS products and services.

Education Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance, adult education, or a related field is required. Relevant work experience or equivalent combination may also be considered.
