  • Coordinate induction and new line orientation
  • Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues
  • Maintain attendance and leave management systems
  • Organize events for recognizing employees and team building
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People management skills
  • Knowledgeable in using MS office applications
  • Ready to work in a US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST)
Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the HR domain
