Jacking System Leadership Position

This role entails overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of jacking systems on offshore platforms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in offshore engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct thorough site-specific risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of inspection and overhaul reports as required.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in jacking system operations, with at least 10 years of experience as a supervisor or lead technician.
  • Experience working with offshore environments is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to rectify issues related to malfunctions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering.
  • Fluent in English language - written and spoken.
  • Collaborative mindset with global team coordination is vital.
