Key Responsibilities


As a Technical Support Specialist at Computacenter, you will work closely with our dynamic Network team to deliver high-quality technical services to our customers worldwide. Your primary focus will be on providing expert support for our customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.


Key Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven technical expertise in network infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including Cisco, HP, and Aruba
  • Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly expanding team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
