ServiceNow SPM Developer Job

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to take on a challenging role in our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • To work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality products to users.
  • Monitoring day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Key Skills Required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementation of demand, project, resource, and time management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
