Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess extensive experience with strategic portfolio management, including application expertise, AI integration, and platform development skills.

They will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices, collaborating with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand requirements and possible solutions, and taking ownership of complex business requirements and working them to completion.

Additionally, they will work closely with the functional team and external development partners to build requested items, have experience configuring and improving core and custom applications, and experience configuring and maintaining workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL and business rules.

Other responsibilities include configuring and maintaining notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script includes and Formatters, having working knowledge of ITSM/ITOM integrations using out of the box spokes or APIs, developing reports and dashboards using core functionality, loading, manipulating and maintaining data between systems, and developing and maintaining clear and concise technical and process documentation.

  • Certifications & Training:
  • SPM Implementer Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Agile Implementer Certification.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
