About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned FIX protocol professional to join our global connectivity team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of FIX protocol (versions 4.2 and 4.4) and experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, C, or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business workflows and develop effective software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and their technology vendors to drive project success.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic trading environments, specifically in FIX onboarding or FIX support capacity.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux-based operating systems, databases (Oracle/SQL), and TCP/IP concepts.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible to work in multiple time zones.
