ServiceNow Technical Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software designs, configurations, and applications within ServiceNow. They will also support the evaluation of new technologies and platforms, as well as analyze technical requirements and provide estimates for cost/benefit analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to drive digital transformation using ServiceNow's capabilities.

  • Analyzing technical requirements and translating them into implementable software designs and configurations.
  • Evaluating possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
  • Supporting in analyzing ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and providing technical estimates.
  • Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of applications within ServiceNow, including Support for SNOW Assist functionalities and Embedded AI.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience in designing new implementations within ServiceNow.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Jelly scripts, UI Pages, and others.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with regards to CMDB-related issues.
  • Work experience in developing Service Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.

Prior experience with SNOW Assist and Embedded AI is a plus, as is familiarity with Angular JS, ITIL processes, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
