We are seeking a seasoned Power Platform expert to lead our low-code development efforts. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to guarantee exceptional results.
  • Mentor and coach other developers to enhance their skills and foster growth within the team.
  • Promote T-Shaping and capability development within the Low-Code Team.
  • Adopt a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions built on the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions.

  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Enhance developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process with Scrum Master support.
  • Improve DevOps processes, such as automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
  • Sustain and guide a team of internal and external developers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Core Platform – Governance
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization (Data, Security, Workplace & Identity) to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Create and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
  • Determine governance processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Define tasks and create work instructions for individuals responsible for governance-related activities.
  • Coordinate and act on updates from Microsoft, ensuring the organization remains compliant and leverages new features effectively.
  • Make key decisions together with the Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature requests for Self-Service Platforms.
  • Responsible for the Environment Strategy of the platform and ensure guidelines are followed.
Educational Requirements
  • Graduate from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant certifications.
Experience Requirements
  • 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
