Senior Technical Leader

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end software development and a proven track record of leadership within a matrixed organization.
  • They should be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and possess excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and process-driven mindset.
  • A strong understanding of Java 8 core concepts, JVM memory management, Spring Boot framework, microservices, web services, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data, and multi-threading is required.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as application development using React, Redux, and HTML, would be beneficial.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have experience with full software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance), CI/CD for application building & deployment, and knowledge of design patterns and agile technologies.
  • Linux/Unix experience and good understanding of financial systems are also essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work in an investment banking or financial industry environment, are necessary for success.

  • Good understanding of design patterns and agile technologies
  • Linux/Unix experience
