Qualifications:\

  • Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing tech support role, preferably handling API-related queries.\
  • Skills: Strong understanding of API structures, data formats, and integration troubleshooting.\
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms, ensuring clear and concise communication.\
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.\
