We're Hiring: IT Support Engineer

Are you passionate about technology and solving IT challenges? We are looking for a
skilled IT Support Engineer
with
2+ years of hands-on experience
in providing comprehensive IT support.

Location: Noida

Budget: Up to 4.8 LPA

Notice Period: 0–15 Days

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Set up, maintain & troubleshoot video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex).
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, IP conflicts, connectivity).
  • Install, configure & troubleshoot printers and multifunction devices.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software licensing, and escalations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets with high user satisfaction.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with video conferencing tools & AV equipment.
  • Good understanding of printer setup & troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Experience:

  • 2+ years
    in IT support or a similar role.
