Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, peripherals, and workstations
  • Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate with central IT teams and escalate issues when necessary
  • Visit internal/client locations for support and installations
  • Support IT procurement, vendor coordination, and market research


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or field technician roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office & basic networking
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience with helpdesk systems, Active Directory, or Office 365 preferred
