Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Ensure the effective operation of all facilities, including mechanical and electrical systems, by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Energy Conservation: Develop and implement energy conservation programs to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on maintenance activities, energy consumption, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; at least 2-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights.
