Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Security Management:

  • CCTV, access control, and other security systems function under our oversight.
  • The performance of outsourced security service providers is closely monitored.

Vigilance and Compliance:

  • Audits and surprise checks ensure adherence to security policies.
  • Potential fraud, theft, or policy violations are identified and addressed.
  • Awareness programs on organizational policies and ethics are supported.

Liaisoning Responsibilities:

  • We establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and government authorities.
  • Necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained.
  • External stakeholders are assisted during audits or inspections.
  • Community-related concerns are addressed, ensuring smooth operations.

Investigation of Complaints:

  • Internal complaints, including POSH cases and security incidents, are investigated.
  • Collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams ensures timely and fair resolution.
  • Investigation reports detail findings and recommendations.

Crisis and Emergency Management:

  • Emergency response procedures are developed and implemented.
  • Mock drills are conducted periodically to ensure site readiness for crisis situations.
  • Local authorities are coordinated with during emergencies to minimize impact on operations.
