As a Senior Associate – Research, you will play a key role in our team. We are a high-end research and evaluation firm that delivers rigorous insights to clients in the development sector.Our work spans monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessments, primary and secondary research, and field data collection. Founded by a former World Bank specialist, we aspire to set benchmarks for quality and credibility in the research ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking someone to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with NGOs, research institutions, and ecosystem actors.
  • You will lead the design and delivery of projects including impact evaluations, landscape studies, needs assessments, and strategy advisory projects.
  • Your role involves overseeing project teams on ground, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely delivery.
Expertise and Skills
  • You will be responsible for translating academic frameworks into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Clean, manage, and analyse large datasets using Excel, R, and/or Python.
  • Develop and implement data quality protocols to ensure reliable insights from field data.
