Visual Communication Designer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communication Designer to play a key role in shaping our brand identity. The successful candidate will have the ability to craft engaging communication across different platforms, and work closely with various teams to ensure customer-centric processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable design system and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and curate impactful branding assets for digital and print materials.
  • Break down complex data into visual infographics as needed.
  • Design brand assets, marketing collateral, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and refine the visual identity.
  • Work on UX/UI of the website, social media collaterals, and visual framework for other brand moments.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication.
  • Create engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creating design systems, illustration styles, and other visual guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual collateral.
  • Good command on motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Asana and JIRA is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as part of the work.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
