Visual Identity Leader

We are seeking an experienced visual identity leader to drive the creative direction of our fast-growing beauty brand. This is a unique opportunity to develop premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a consistent visual identity across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep our brand fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design that demonstrates expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
