Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Art Director to lead our creative team. As a key member, you will oversee the entire creative output of the agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.

You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences. Your expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design will help us deliver seamless creative solutions to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design. You should also have a bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, and at least 6 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

As the Art Director, you will set a high standard for visual design across all mediums, conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials. You will also develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients, and ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
