Senior Share Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to work on share transfer and demat operations.
This role involves close coordination with Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs), depositories (NSDL/CDSL), and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and seamless execution of all share-related operations.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in processing physical share transfers and converting them into dematerialized (Demat) form.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end processing of physical share transfer requests, including scrutiny, validation, and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct field work, including physical visits and documentation collection related to transfer and demat activities.
- Coordinate with RTAs for timely processing of share transfer and dematerialization requests.
- Manage dematerialization and rematerialization processes through NSDL/CDSL depositories.
- Maintain accurate records of investor holdings, transfer applications, dispatch details, and demat transactions.
- Address and resolve shareholder queries and issues related to transfer ownership or demat rejections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance; candidates with an MBA will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in share transfer and demat operations.
- Proficient in working with NSDL/CDSL platforms and a solid understanding of SEBI regulations.
- Familiarity with RTA software (e.g., Karvy, Link Intime, Cameo, etc.).
