  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and expenditures related to AI initiatives, focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage profit and loss for AI-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, product, and business units to implement AI solutions at scale.
  • Ethical Compliance: Ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • At least 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with 10+ years in AI/technology and 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience managing P&L for technology or AI-driven products/services.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management and ROI measurement.
  • Experience scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
