Automation Testing Engineer

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Automation Testing Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing mobile automation test scripts for Android & iOS using Appium + Java.

About the Role

  • Design Test Scripts: Design automated test scripts to ensure seamless functionality on multiple platforms.
  • Develop Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust test frameworks with TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and Ant.
  • Perform API Testing: Perform thorough API testing to validate end-to-end functionality.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Integrate CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate test automation into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Debug Issues: Debug issues efficiently, analyze logs, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Work with Containers: Work with Docker & Kubernetes for containerized test execution environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong Experience with Appium + Java: Strong hands-on experience with Appium + Java for mobile automation (Android & iOS).
  • Proficiency in TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and Ant: Proficiency in TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and Ant.
  • Solid Problem-Solving Skills: Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • API Testing Experience: Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
  • Hands-on Experience with CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Containerization Knowledge: Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes for scalable test environments.
