**Job Title:** Senior Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Manage and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.

**Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to strategize testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

**Technical Skills:** Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Comprehensive Testing Knowledge, Test Strategy and Planning, Automation Expertise, Web Technologies, API and Performance Testing.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science or a related field. Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are preferred.
