Job Title: Workday Security Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday security professional to join our team. As a Workday Security Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and advising on security within the Workday application.

Your expertise in domain security policies, roles, and role assignments will be invaluable in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

You will work closely with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security features.

Develop and maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with established policies and procedures.

Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.

Stay updated on new security features within the application's future roadmap, and implement where possible.

Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits.

We require a solid understanding of Workday security features and controls, knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with functional and IT clients.

You should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is comfortable enforcing adherence to security policies and practices.
