Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Advanced Reports: Create complex Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Develop and maintain real-time insights and analytics dashboards in Workday.
  • Optimize Existing Integrations: Enhance existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
  • Expertise and Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.
  • Maintenance and Enhancement: Maintain and enhance existing integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of various modules.
  • Skillset: Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, and Workday Studio.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • WorkDay Studio Experience: Experienced in Workday Studio.
  • Security Configurations: Familiarity with Workday security configurations.
