Job Overview:

As a Workday integration expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations between various systems and applications using Workday Studio and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday integrations using Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Workday core concepts, business objects, and relationships between PBO and RBO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday integration development.
  • Fair understanding of Workday core concepts.
  • Strong understanding of XSLT and ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday Extend is a plus.
