Senior F&b Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the food and beverage cost, ensuring efficiency and minimizing wastage and pilferage in the outlets. They will also be responsible for verifying voids and discounts on the POS systems, checking staff meals and discounts, and cross-verifying sales transfers to the Property Management systems.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage reports and distributing them to management. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining menu pricing, consumption, and POS systems, as well as coordinating with restaurant management and finance to resolve any issues pertaining to F&B.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Effective management of food and beverage cost
- Efficiency in minimizing wastage and pilferage
- Strong analytical skills for verifying voids and discounts
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to management
- Ability to maintain menu pricing, consumption, and POS systems
