Lead Data Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Data Analyst to strengthen our data capabilities and support strategic business decisions through deep data insights. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in SQL, Python, ETL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase, with experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS/Redshift.

  • The successful candidate will design and maintain scalable analytics frameworks and data infrastructure, ensuring high-quality data pipelines and optimizing database performance and managing data warehouse architecture.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • The Lead Data Analyst will extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights and build statistical and predictive models to support business decisions.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports for performance tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Business Impact & Cross-functional Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making and conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve key business metrics.
  • Convert complex data findings into strategic recommendations for leadership, driving business growth and success.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Mentor junior analysts and potentially lead a small team of analysts.
  • Presents insights, reports, and actionable strategies to senior stakeholders, staying updated on the latest analytics tools, techniques, and trends.

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar domains.
  • Strong command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis, with hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and cloud platforms (preferably AWS Redshift).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI, and solid knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and trend analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
