Senior Meta Ads Manager

Marketing Transformers is seeking a Senior Meta Ads Manager to independently manage international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

This role is ideal for an analytical, creative, and confident individual with experience handling high-budget, performance-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
