Cloud Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling cloud services, extensive executive-level connections, and experience in selling infrastructure, data, AI, and cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with GCP, AWS, Azure teams, partners, and end-clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and decision-makers through ongoing communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and present cloud-based proposals that meet client needs.
  • Focusing on sales targets and contributing to business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new cloud offerings to drive innovation and success.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • An MBA degree in Business or related field (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of proven field sales experience in IT/cloud services.
  • A strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, SaaS, and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the IT/cloud domain and its ecosystem.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS/GCP.
