Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Expert to lead our cloud migration projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Lead with expertise in Enterprise Cloud Services and brownfield migration. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of migration/upgrade processes, as well as experience in project management, orchestration, and customer-facing roles. They should possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute technical upgrade projects on a detailed basis
  • Ensure project- and phase-signoffs from customer side
  • Manage overall progress and status of the technical upgrade
  • Coordinate with relevant parties from customer and ECS side for PROD upgrade

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will support ECS customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the Private Cloud.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as Project Lead
  • ECS/RISE knowledge + brownfield experience
  • English language skills (MUST have)
  • Strong technical background - migration/upgrade
  • Orchestration / Project management background / customer facing experience
