Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Pre-Sales Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating interest in upcoming projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Identify and engage with potential buyers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored information about upcoming projects.
- Project Promotion:
- Presentation new real estate projects to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, marketing materials, and property brochures to effectively communicate project details.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and track leads through the pre-sales pipeline, ensuring timely followups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and readiness to invest.
- Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is approximately ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, BPO, pre-sales, or a related role, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, project promotion strategies, and client relationship management.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer operating, typing, and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
