Job Overview

Jupiter Texas Real Estate Group, a leading commercial real estate group based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. With over $300 million in assets under management, we specialize in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling CRE properties with the goal of maximizing investor returns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our property portfolio's maintenance, tenant relations, vendor management, and project coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong understanding of property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Relations
    • Respond promptly to tenant repair and maintenance requests.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Track and document repair and maintenance activities, including costs and completion times.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and proactively address maintenance issues.
  • Vendor Relations
    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure optimal terms and pricing.
    • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Manage contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Property Onboarding
    • Assist in preparing and executing property onboarding plans.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
    • Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary improvements or repairs.
  • Lease Renewals
    • Oversee lease renewal processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Project Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee small to medium-sized remodel projects from inception to completion.
