Our team seeks a highly skilled Relationship Manager to promote the concept of cord blood banking and its applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with doctors to introduce our services, requesting their assistance in facilitating interactions with expectant parents. Additionally, they will promote various diagnostics and services introduced by the company, aiming to generate prescriptions.

  • Visiting hospitals, nursing homes, and other relevant centers to generate leads and develop diagnostic business opportunities.
  • Establishing relationships with officials from organizations to forge ties and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting front office personnel of hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors' attendants to build good relations.
  • Counselling at doctor chambers and hospitals to generate leads.
  • Reporting daily activities and lead generations through CRM on a daily basis.
  • Providing free presentations on stem cell banking and other services to prospective clients.
  • Enrolling expected clients, completing documentations, collecting payments, and updating CRM portal immediately.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing techniques.
