Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills and experience in IT solutions, AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored solutions.

This is a dynamic role that involves building relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders. The candidate will be expected to work independently and engage in first-level technical discussions with clients without relying on technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across North America, UK, Middle East, and GCC markets.
  • Sell value-driven solutions in AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT Solutions.
  • Develop deep understanding of our capabilities, products, and IP to create customer-focused solutions.
  • Achieve consistent revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with focus on AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.
  • 2+ years of experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to close deals.
