Job Title: Rig Site Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rig sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring daily operations, arranging tools and equipment as needed.
  • Reviewing and reconciling daily DPR, mechanical log sheets, and diesel consumption reports.
  • Cross-checking monthly DPR and well-wise DPR against daily DPR before preparing invoices.
  • Rectifying any discrepancies and informing senior management and rig in-charge.
  • Managing daily diesel consumption and purchase details.
  • Coordinating with clients to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Preparing maintenance plans, available equipment lists, and action trackers for all rigs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of rig maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
