As a skilled Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing middleware solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB). You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver seamless communication between diverse systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to enable efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware issues, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
  • Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Document design, development, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in middleware architecture and integration patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IIB Developer with hands-on expertise in IBM Integration Bus (v9, v10, or later).
  • Strong knowledge of ESQL, Java, and message flow development, as well as XML, JSON, and related data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with WebSphere MQ (MQ Series) and messaging concepts, as well as familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
