Job Description

As a seasoned MEP Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services within pharmaceutical facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in finalizing engineering concepts, reviewing MEP services drawings, and overseeing installation activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of MEP services plans and schedules;
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations;
  • Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting project changes and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries, preferably in a MEP services coordination or management capacity;
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including planning, cost management, time management, and quality assurance;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
