Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead and support our project delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project governance, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.

This role involves developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and control to meet business objectives and deliver results on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making and effective project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project finance dashboards and EAC forecasts.
  • Develop and manage project risk registers to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure open communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management.
  • Participate in PMO steering group initiatives to drive process improvements and strategic refinements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions to project challenges.
