About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Solutions Expert to join our team at UST. As a key member of our pre-sales support and solutioning team, you will play a critical role in developing and authoring RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFX responses.

  • You will be responsible for bid managing proactive proposals/responses, leading the end-to-end bid process, including proposal documentation, sizing estimation, and solution design.
  • With your expertise in managing small, medium to large deals, you will participate in solution defence meetings with customers along with sales teams.
  • You will manage the bid process to construct the value proposition by working with various teams, including technology teams, service line teams, practices, finance, legal, etc.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will help you understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risks, and work closely with technology teams to build the solution.
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs in the domains to tailor bids accordingly.
  • As part of this role, you will create Capability presentations/sales pitch/Marketing Collaterals for sales teams for sales meetings.
  • You will work closely with sales and technology teams to create sales pitches, define entry strategies, door openers, etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be crucial in understanding their unique requirements and positioning our services effectively.
  • You will orchestrate and manage client visits, defining value themes and propositions based on client needs.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to run specific campaigns for lead generation will also be a key responsibility.
  • In addition, you will create and manage content repositories, reusable content, case studies, standard sales/capability presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pre-sales support and solutioning roles is required.
  • Good understanding of the digital customer experience solution landscape is essential.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales roles is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in solution presentation to clients is required.
  • Hands-on experience in solution design, including estimation and planning, is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
