Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft patent applications and prepare responses to office actions across key markets.
Project & Team Management
  • Oversee project timelines, workload distribution, and delivery commitments.
  • Review drafts prepared by team members, providing detailed feedback to enhance quality.
Client Engagement
  • Capture complex inventions from inventors, in-house counsel, and R&D teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on patentability, prosecution, and portfolio development.
Quality & Process Development
  • Establish best practices for patent drafting and prosecution.
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
