Sales and Service Specialist

Job Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market surveys, establishing contacts with contractors and developers, and understanding customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market surveys to identify new project opportunities
- Establish contacts with electrical contractors and developers to promote Kokban Automation's products
- Understand and document customer requirements and expectations
- Generate leads through digital sales and direct sales
- Map market demand and project requirements
- Provide technical sales and service support
- Prepare required documentation, including BOQs and JMRs
Requirements:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- 0-1 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical skills in electrical engineering and AutoCAD
