Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a community of clinical data specialists, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation for delivering projects to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include people management, career development, and employee engagement within the team.

The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration between groups to achieve company goals and objectives. They will partner with senior leaders to contribute towards key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, cost, cycle-time, and productivity.

This role requires strong partnership and support skills, enabling functional mentors to set up learning networks across communities. The successful candidate will work closely with other groups and lead initiatives to establish our clinical data acquisition and management team as industry best practice.
