Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead a team of professionals in driving excellence in clinical data acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance, facilitate collaboration, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assign resources, workload, and monitor progress to meet company goals.
  • Partner with functional mentors and experts to empower associates and solve complex issues.
  • Build strong team spirit, technical ability, and performance excellence.
Requirements:
  • University degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent relevant degree.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to work under pressure, anticipating challenges and risks.
  • Ideal 10 years' experience in Drug Development with at least 6 years in Clinical Data Management.
