Job Summary:

The PIDM Team Lead oversees a team responsible for managing and maintaining accurate provider data across healthcare systems. This role ensures data integrity, supports compliance with regulatory standards, and drives operational efficiency through leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of PIDM specialists to ensure timely and accurate provider data updates.
  • Oversee daily operations including data entry, validation, audits, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credentialing, contracting, IT) to align provider data across platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure compliance with CMS and NCQA standards.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex provider data issues.
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership on team performance and data quality trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in provider data management, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, including CMS and NCQA requirements.
  • Proficiency in provider data systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Facets, QNXT).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
