Senior Clinical Data Management Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP, and medical terminology. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team of experts in the field of clinical data management.

  • Lead a team of clinical data scientists, acquisition specialists, and coding specialists to ensure high-quality performance across their community of associates/roles.
  • Partner with senior group heads to contribute towards the TA-community's goals and KPIs (quality, cost, cycle-time, and productivity).
  • Develop and implement initiatives to establish and maintain Novartis Clinical Data Acquisition and Management as best-in-class in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University or college degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent relevant degree.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
  • At least 10 years' experience in drug development with at least 6 years' in clinical data management.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP, and medical terminology.
