Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management: Managing travel expenses to ensure costs stay within allocated budgets.
Policy Compliance: Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with client travel policies and procedures.
Negotiation: Negotiating with travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
Itinerary Management: Checking and sharing detailed travel itineraries to ensure they meet the needs of travelers.
Troubleshooting: Resolving any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.
Travel Advice: Providing travelers with information on travel regulations and safety protocols.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.

Requirements:
Qualification: Any graduate qualification is acceptable.
Experience: Above 1 year experience in the travel industry is required.
