Salesforce Technology Lead

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce technology solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical projects, including integrations, custom development, and process improvements.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce architecture, best practices, and security principles to ensure compliance with industry standards like SOC 2.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Advanced Admin Certification in Salesforce
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including custom Apex and Visualforce coding, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and Salesforce integration tools like Heroku.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and location.
