Job Overview
The role of a Civil Structural Engineer is pivotal in the development of industrial structures for various clients. This position requires an individual with extensive knowledge of structural design principles, experience in working with diverse software tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide engineering support to clients, including coordination with offshore teams and sales teams.
2. Lead the civil and structural team, ensuring seamless project execution.
3. Conduct site visits for technical discussions and coordinate with local authorities for approvals.
4. Collaborate with customers' engineering teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial structural design.
3. Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD, SAFE, ETABS) and basic knowledge of modeling software (AutoCAD, PDMS, TEKLA).
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in different time zones.
