Talasha seeks a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an indoor play center and party venue in India. This individual will lead client interactions, manage events, and supervise staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all client interactions and guest relations, presenting sales pitches about the center and its offerings to prospective clients.
  • Handle events from enquiry and booking stage to complete execution, supervising departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and repair and maintenance.
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the center.
  • Resolve client escalations and grievances.
  • Supervise and lead staff, coordinating their day-to-day activities.
  • Lead teams and standardize processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, and cleanliness.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and maintain basic accounts and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
